When funds are expected to be available: SFY 2008-2009 funds will be available during April 2009 and quarterly thereafter until September 2010.

How long are funds available:  The funds are available for FFY 2009 and FFY 2010 ending September 2010.

Conditions or prerequisites for accessing funds (include matching or MOE requirements): None.  The Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families, Office of Child Support Enforcement issued revisions to expenditure reporting instructions for FFY 2009 and FFY 2010 on March 26, 2009.  These instructions implement the provisions of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Ac of 2009 with respect to the State’s federal grant award for the Child Support Enforcement Program.
