Florida Economic Stimulus Special Advisor Don Winstead joined senior-level state officials for a public seminar hosted by the Florida Department of Management Services’ Office of Supplier Diversity on Saturday, April 18, 2009. Participants discussed how the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 will impact Florida’s businesses.
