Please see the attached letters sent by Governor Charlie Crist today to Steve Chu, secretary of the U.S. Department of Energy; Tom Pelham, secretary of the Department of Community Affairs; and Jeremy Susac, director of the Governor's Energy Office; directing the agencies to sign and transmit any necessary forms and related documents to ensure the federal funds are available as soon as the Legislature provides the appropriate authorization.
